We’ve got some big news!

2 minute read

We are celebrating after having been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Chicago Tribune for the second year in a row! This award is based solely on employee feedback gathered by third-party survey engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC. The survey measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are pivotal to the success of any organization including, connection, execution and alignment, to name a few.

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”

Of the our recent award, Compass Mortgage’s CEO Dan Graham and President Kevin Williamson state, “We are so thrilled that Compass Mortgage has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Chicago Tribune. We strive to provide the best culture and work environment for our team members, and we are ecstatic to know that our team feels cared for, especially during these trying times.”

Despite the changes brought on by these uncertain times, Compass has found numerous ways to support our team members and community. Through meal delivery reimbursements, handwritten notes from managers, staff appreciation gifts, and more, Compass Mortgage has maintained its strong, family-like culture.
