What is included with the all-inclusive package?
Should you like to schedule any activities not included in the all-inclusive package, please contact the hotel to make arrangements. You can find all contact info on their website. Just a reminder that you will be responsible for payment for any additional activities you select.

Transportation
TRAVELING TO AND FROM LA ROMANA
This year, you have the opportunity to book your own flights. Within 1-2 pay periods after purchase, we will reimburse you for the cost of your flights, up to $850 per person. This is the current average price for a one-stop trip from either PUNTA CANA Airport (PUJ) or SANTO DOMINGO Airport (SDQ). Casa de Campo is located in La Romana and is 50 minutes away from both airports. We recommend using Google Flights to search with multiple airlines and for multiple times at once. Need a tutorial on Google Flights? Email Brooke at [email protected] or send her a message in Teams and she can help!
We would like you to arrive by 4:00p.m. on Friday, October 20 as there is a welcome dinner planned for 6:30p.m. You can check in as early as 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
Once you have purchased your flights, please complete the Asana form linked so we can start your reimbursement process. Once we have received everyone’s flight information on the Asana form, we will schedule and pay for your ground transportation from the airport to Casa de Campo. If you and your guest would like a private transfer separate from a group, you will be charged up to $150, dependent on fuel prices.
Are you interested in extending your stay up to 3 days before or after the Sales Trip? Subject to the resort’s availability, you have the opportunity to extend your trip at the group rate of $763 per night for a double occupancy, all-inclusive room. You will need to fill out our extended stay request form and Brooke will inquire with the hotel.

To travel to the Dominican Republic, you need a passport! If you do not have a valid passport, it is not too early to get the process rolling. Current wait times are 10-13 weeks, with many people not receiving theirs before the 13 week mark. See the Department of State’s website to download the appropriate forms, get your passport photo taken, and then make an appointment at your local USPS branch or the Circuit Court Clerk near you.
