I have worked with Tony Deriggi on about a half dozen loans and refinance. I continue to work with him because of his professionalism and industry knowledge. I wouldn’t have been able to get an affordable mortgage on my current house without Tony’s creative structuring of the loan. The biggest compliment that you can give someone is to refer potential clients.
