We just wanted to say “Thank you” so much for your professional expertise in working as a team to assist us with our goal to purchase our home.

We apologize for all your hard efforts you made to make our purchase happen. We understand and know it was no fault to anyone of you.  You all worked hard, answered our questions on time.  You made us feel like this transaction was more about “personal client service” than just getting a mortgage from a company.

We always felt like we were your only “client” well at least the only client that waited over a year (smile) to purchase a home and at the end of our journey realize that our vision was not going to be met. Sometimes in life we fight and struggle to give up on our dreams instead of listening to the voices we hear.

Anyways, after our tears and regret we wanted to say Thank you for a job well done and for the satisfied clients that will still say “It’s not over yet” we will be back out looking for another home and praying that you all will still be a part of assisting us. This time it will not take as long. (smile)
