We were very pleased with the overall experience. Ed Midgley did a phenomenal job in taking a consultative approach, answering all of our questions from start to finish in a very responsive manner. He also went out of his way to align us with a program that met our qualifications for our loan and ultimately yielded a lower interest rate for us.
