Spencer is clearly an experienced loan officer. He knows the market very well and was able to coach us on improving our credit scores as well as DTI to give us the best rate possible. He answered my many questions, and made himself available whenever we needed. We couldn’t have done it without him and we are (yet again) thankful to have found and used Spencer again for our 2nd home purchase with him.
