I find Spencer Garrett and his team to be a very good group of people! They have done everything possible to dampen my fears about getting a mortgage approval. I realize I’m a hard file to manage and potentially approve but they have reassured me every step of the way. I appreciate them more than they know as they’ve been awesome to work with.
