Peter did a wonderful job getting me a loan. My work involved a lot of inconsistent income that sometimes scares away other lenders even though I always make more than enough on an annual basis to make my payments. He did a great job of understanding my financial situation and making sure we found a loan product that worked. He also reviewed my Master Statement and removed an extraneous charge the title company had added and saved me over $600!
