This particular transaction was the second time I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pam. She was more helpful than my realtor or attorney throughout this stressful process. Given the circumstances with the current pandemic going on I certainly understand why she was unable to come to the closing, but I wish she did because I would have loved to have thanked her in person. I wouldn’t choose to work with anyone else, and hope rates drop in a few years so I can work with her on a refinance option.
