Mike Ferrell , he is great at his Job – he follows up – he knows and gives you the accurate expectation – pays attention to details and helps out the customer when needed. High communications skills , returns both my Calls and emails on a timely matter. I have nothing but great things to say about Mike. Compass has been great overall , but I truly believe its due to Mike being on the front End per my experience, as far as I am concern , I will be a returned customer.
