I made 1 phone call to Lori and she took care of everything from there. She emailed or texted me when she needed documents or had questions. I called her with all of my questions,she answered them all with no hesitation. She made it very simple for us all the way though the entire process. I have already directed some friends and acquaintances in her direction.
