We spoke with other lenders during the process of shopping for a home loan and were, with some, frustrated by a lack of responsiveness and what appeared to be disinterest in working with us. Laura, on the other hand, was always willing to help answer our questions and her patience in doing so was very much appreciated. Her transparency while explaining the different options was excellent and I truly felt she went out of her way to get us the best rate.
