First of all I want to thank the entire Comp Mort team that I worked with they were personable, professional, well versed in the current (Covid) requirements and constraints currently being imposed. I have not needed to obtain a home loan for over 30 yrs so I wasn’t totally up to speed with the current process. Both Demetri Partalis and Jamie Glenn were extremely helpful in both helping me understand more about the process as well as explaining the logic associated with the requests. They were able to both answer and resolve my questions in a clear and accurate manner. When I did speak to John Pinkley he also answered my questions with straight forward explanations. This is a very good team that represented Comp Mort in the manner I would want my team to do. I found the web site to be easy to use as well as informative in terms of seeing the process and knowing what was needed. However, Jamie’s emails were the most valuable in terms of what documentation was need and the timing. Without those communications the process could have been much more confusing. They were invaluable keep up the good work of communicating. Demetri was a valuable resource when I needed a clear explanation as to the process. He was unflapped by some of my questions and kept me on the right path. Thanks for your understanding and dealing with my lack of experience with the current process. You made things easier.
