Jim went above and beyond – answering calls / emails on weekends, evenings and even once when he was on vacation to get us the pre-approvals we needed. Jim also suggested and got us into the “get committed” program and was able to our rate locked in the “”get committed”” program too.
The “”get committed”” program enabled our loan to be underwritten and approved before we had an accepted offer on a house. This allowed us to offer a fast closing and we able compete with cash offers since we could show we were already underwritten and approved!
