Dan was great. He’d emailed me about refinancing and getting rid of the PMI insurance. Dan talked with me extensively about my choices. I feel he understood my family and house situation. I already had a great relationship with Dan from buying our first house. I still remember discussing how my husband and I were planning to renovate our new house after a couple of years. Dan was essential in helping us keep most of our down payment so we would have money to renovate later. Still thankful that he was looking out for us.
