The experience was flawless. Dan Crum and his team did a really professional comprehensive job w/ the entire refinance. Dan and his team are trustworthy and very thorough. They respond quickly to emails/questions making the experience very easy for my wife and I. This is my second (or third) transaction w/ Dan and his team. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else to be completely honest. Further, I would refer Dan/team to anyone asking/looking for mortgage advise or interested in refinancing/buying a home.
Just as a matter of record, I inquired w/ Dan about refinancing or taking a home equity line on my house 10 months ago. Dan talked me through it, was not pushy and even agreed that refinancing was not the right play at the time. Dan referred me to another colleague/company for the HELOC. It’s things like this that build trust. I sincerely appreciate it.
