Chad hands down made our home buying process a breeze. All the hard work, stress, mountains of paperwork gone. Chad not only took care of just the mortgage paperwork and documents, he went above and beyond and became the mitigator between us and the sellers/builders. He went as far as not only finding insurance venders for us but did all the tedious work as well. All he ever required from us was a few documents here and there and would give regular update about the process, sometimes even daily just so we wouldn’t be stressed. You can tell Chad puts his all into his work and ensures everyone he works with is treated not only as a potential homebuyer but as a friend and family. He is very passionate about what he does and he will be the only lender I plan to work with in the future and the only lender I plan to send my friends and family to.
