Gus was very helpful with our re-financing. We had talked about it as we saw the rates dropping but were hesitant to act on it because we had heard it's a pain. Gus reached out and told us we could take advantage of the lower rates. The process was less of a pain than expected and Gus' Team did a fantastic job helping us make this process as smooth as possible. We used his team for the initial purchase of our house and they did exceptional work then as well!
