Compass' Corporate Account program was designed to be part of a company's work-life program providing employees with

The 4 Pillars of the Compass Corporate Account Program are:
Discounts off of our standard closing costs ranging from 7% to 36% with the total discount based on the loan amount
Free Services which include: credit reports, mortgage loan pre-qualifications and pre-approvals and access to an
internet based home finding service
Educational Events delivered on site in the form of quarterly "Lunch & Learn Seminars"
that answer the questions most employees will have about buying a home, selling and buying a new home, refinancing their
existing mortgage and helping employees to think of their home as an investment and to manage it accordingly.
Charitable Contribution for every mortgage loan that we complete for a company employee, Compass will make a contribution
to the Children's Miracle Network (CMN) on behalf of and in the name of that employee. Children's Memorial Hospital is
CMN's local beneficiary. Awards will be made quarterly.
